Maximum high jump by vectorlightning

For when there's nowhere to go but up. If it were any more potent it'd take you to the moon! After testing, it'll take you from bedrock to space!

This potion was actually an experiment with numbers in MC. Apparently if I make the potion any more potent, I get an overflow error and it sets jump height to 0. Also, I set it to wear out quickly because honestly, who wants to go into orbit every time they come to a set of stairs?
