NOTE: Target DOES NOT gain the blisters/lumps/bumps when effected. They ONLY get the effects and slowly (I mean quickly) die. The real Smallpox has the blisters/lumps/bumps when people get effected but this potion doesn't include it because I'm a dumb command maker...
