Explosive fishing rods in only one command!

How to use:

1. Copy the command

2. Get a command block in your world by using the command /give @p minecraft:command_block

3. Paste the command into the command block

4. Power the command block (ex. put a redstone block / redstone torch...  next to the command block)

5. Get yourself a fishing rod

6. Just use the fishing rod (doesn't work with water)
